Leslie McClure, PhD

Dr. McClure serves as the Co-Investigator and Biostatistician for the WeCareAdvisor study, Dr. McClure’s training is in the design, conduct and analysis of clinical trials with particular expertise in multiplicity in clinical trials. The focus of her collaborative research has been in stroke, vascular dementia, and cardiovascular diseases, with a goal of trying to understand why racial and regional disparities in stroke risk and cognitive decline exist. As Co-Investigator and Biostatistician, Dr. McClure designed the randomization scheme and data analysis plan, implements the analysis, and contributes to scientific publications and presentations arising from the project.
