Lauren J. Parker, PhD, MPH

Lauren Parker, PhD, MPH, is a Consultant on the WeCareAdvisor study, with expertise in engaging and recruiting African American and Hispanic caregivers for people with dementia into community-based research. Her expertise in culturally-tailored approaches to recruiting African American and Hispanic caregivers will guide the recruitment of diverse caregivers. In her consultant role, Dr. Parker will provide insight on cultural considerations to inform research activities. Specifically, she will provide insight on specific cultural values and norms to inform in study-related engagement, measures, and findings.
